Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Public Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the company's public image, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent communication across all platforms. This role involves developing strategic communication materials, organizing media events, supporting internal communications, and driving effective PR initiatives that strengthen the company's brand and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and draft communication materials for both internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure consistent and aligned brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Plan, organize, and manage press conferences, media events, and public appearances.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during crises or emergencies to protect and manage the company's public image.
  • Oversee and manage the company's social media platforms, ensuring engaging and on-brand content.
  • Support internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and align teams with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and media analysis to inform and refine PR strategies.
  • Prepare performance reports on PR campaigns, media coverage, and communication outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in PR, communications, or media relations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic).
  • Ability to manage media inquiries, press events, and public communication professionally.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and corporate communication standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during urgent or crisis situations.
  • Analytical skills to conduct market research and evaluate PR campaign performance.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
