Cost Engineer

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting.

  • Experience:

3-5 Years.

  • Technical Requirement:

will be responsible of managing projects costs such as cost monitoring, budget control, and forecast project expenditures. will ensure controlling financial risk and efficient resources allocation. Also prepare material list, request vendor quotations, support in defining scope change quantities, estimate scope change. will assist in analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project documents to calculate the costs for materials, labors, equipment and to identify the potential cost optimization.

  • Skills Requirement:

Ability to analyze cost and work on generating cost reports, develop monthly project update in terms of cost and forecast expenditure.

  • Certification Requirements:

Preferred to have certifications in Financial Analysis from accredited institutions.
