Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Real Estate Development located in Riyadh. The Director will lead and oversee real estate development projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, managing project schedules and budgets, performing due diligence on potential investments, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Real Estate Development, including a strong understanding of real estate markets and trends
- Proficiency in conducting Feasibility Studies and executing Due Diligence processes
- Strong Project Management skills, ensuring project timelines and objectives are met
- Experience with Budgeting and financial planning for large-scale projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage complex projects
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Relevant certifications or training in project management or real estate development are a plus
- Previous experience in real estate development, particularly in the Riyadh region, considered an asset
