Data Management & Governance Specialist

Riyadh, KSA

6-month initial contract - with extensions

SAR 18,000 per month

My client are looking for a
Data Management & Governance Specialist
to them in Riyadh, KSA.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in
BigID, Informatica, and enterprise data governance tools
, who enjoys collaborating with technical teams to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions. You will support the technical lead, contribute to project deliverables, and ensure successful implementation of data management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Support & Collaboration

  • Assist the Technical Lead in preparing and maintaining project deliverables, technical documentation, and configuration guides.
  • Participate in technical review meetings with clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback into updated artifacts and configurations.
  • Support technical design sessions to ensure solutions meet client requirements and architecture standards.

Technical Execution & Enablement

  • Coordinate and execute technical enablement activities with client teams, including Database, Network, Security, Windows, Linux, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Ensure setup, access management, and environment readiness for BigID and Informatica components.
  • Perform installation, integration, and validation of BigID and Informatica tools in client environments.

Review & Validation of Team Deliverables

  • Review and validate configurations completed by BigID and Informatica engineers.
  • Verify data discovery, classification, and data quality configurations against project design and compliance standards.
  • Identify configuration gaps or risks and escalate with remediation recommendations.

Quality Assurance & Documentation

  • Ensure all technical deliverables meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, environment changes, and review outcomes.
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment activities across implementation phases.

Technical Expertise & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in
    data management, data governance, or privacy technology implementation projects
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    BigID, Informatica EDC, Axon, and IDQ
    tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments: SQL/Oracle databases, Windows/Linux servers, networking, and cloud/analytics platforms (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of
    data classification, metadata management, data quality, and privacy compliance processes
    .
