Role Description

We are seeking
full-time, on-site Fresh Graduate and Junior Fire Safety Engineers / Junior Fire Protection Engineers
to join our team.

This role is designed for
entry-level and junior engineers
who are eager to build their technical skills and gain hands-on experience in fire protection and fire & life safety engineering. The selected candidates will support building projects by assisting in
code compliance reviews
,
means of egress assessments
,
fire protection system design
, and
testing and commissioning activities
, under the supervision of senior engineers.

The role also involves coordination with
clients, architects, and contractors
to support the proper implementation of fire protection measures, as well as participating in site visits, inspections, and technical documentation. This position offers a strong learning environment and professional development opportunities for engineers at the early stages of their careers.


• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner


• Manage phone calls, inquiries, and direct communication to relevant departments


• Maintain an organized and presentable reception area and meeting rooms


• Handle emails, courier services, and general correspondence


• Support meeting scheduling, appointment coordination, and room bookings


• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry


• Coordinate visitor access, ID badges, and basic safety protocols


• Monitor office supplies and support procurement when needed


• Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related discipline
    .
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
    in fire safety or fire protection engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of
    fire and life safety principles
    , fire protection systems, and building codes (NFPA, SBC, IBC is an advantage).
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Ability to read and understand
    engineering drawings and technical documents
    .
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    .
  • Fluency in
    English
    (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to work on-site and attend site inspections, meetings, and training as required.
