We are looking to hire a dedicated
Gym Supervisor
to join our operations team and oversee the daily management of a private gym located in
Jeddah
. The ideal candidate will be responsible, professional, and capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the gym.
  • Oversee gym staff, trainers, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure the gym is clean, organized, and member-ready at all times.
  • Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
  • Enforce all safety procedures and operational standards.
  • Assist members with inquiries and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Prepare daily reports and share updates with management.

Requirements:

  • Saudi National (Mandatory)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage staff and operate in a dynamic environment.
