Job Objective:

To create and develop high-quality content that reflects the brand identity and enhances audience engagement, supporting marketing campaigns and achieving the company's communication goals across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts for written and visual content suitable for digital platforms (social media, blog, email, website).
  • Produce high-quality marketing and media content aligned with the brand's strategy.
  • Collaborate with design, video production, and advertising teams to deliver engaging content.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide periodic reports with improvement recommendations.
  • Manage and schedule posts using content management and scheduling tools.
  • Revise and update content based on audience trends or campaign requirements.
  • Ensure all content follows SEO best practices to improve search visibility.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital content and apply relevant trends when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Social Media Content Creator or digital marketing.
  • Strong background in content writing and developing marketing messages.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Creativity and the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
  • Strong understanding of the features and best practices of each social media platform.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
