We are seeking a highly capable Infrastructure Engineer with a strong MEP background (Electrical & Mechanical Engineering) to support the design, coordination, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Saudi Building Code requirements, BIM-based workflows, and direct coordination with local authorities. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities /

  • Lead and manage infrastructure design activities across multidisciplinary teams.

  • Review and develop engineering designs for utilities including power, water, wastewater, ICT, stormwater, and district cooling.

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, local regulations, and authority standards.

  • Coordinate with governmental entities for approvals, permits, and design submissions.

  • Oversee BIM coordination requirements and support model integration with other disciplines.

  • Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and submission packages.

  • Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and interface with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Qualifications & Requirements /

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Up to 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure design and coordination.

  • Strong knowledge of SBC, municipal regulations, and local authority procedures.

  • Proficiency in BIM platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, and other coordination tools.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing large infrastructure design packages.

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

  • Ability to join immediately.
