A leading talent acquisition company is seeking a highly motivated Lead Program Developer & Evaluation Analyst to join our team in Saudi Arabia, specializing in Downstream Operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading program development and evaluation efforts, ensuring that our training and operational programs meet industry standards and drive organizational success. This positions are critical to ensuring the transfer of technical expertise, best practices, and hands-on operational knowledge to the next generation of professionals in Downstream Operations. This role are designed for seasoned professionals who are passionate about technical training, curriculum development, and workforce capability building.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of training programs for downstream operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Design evaluation criteria and metrics to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and overall program performance.
- Develop technical course materials: Create comprehensive work-task centric workshops that prepare early and mid-career professionals for mastery in their core job family tasks.
- Facilitate technical courses: Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at various career stages, ensuring knowledge transfer of industry best practices.
- Curriculum development: Build structured learning pathways and job family-specific curriculums, from early-career professionals to independent, competent contributors.
- Mentorship and coaching: Act as a subject matter expert and mentor, fostering the development of technical skills and operational excellence across teams.
- Ensure training effectiveness: Continuously improve training programs by incorporating industry trends, feedback, and real-life workplace scenarios.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards in program development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on downstream operations and training.
- Proven experience in program development, evaluation, and implementation within a corporate or training environment.
- Strong understanding of downstream processes, regulatory standards, and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in using training development tools and software; experience with e-learning platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
