We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead our technical operations and oversee the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sales engagement to successful project delivery and long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Team Leadership

  • Manage all technical activities across assigned customer accounts, acting as the primary technical leader and point of escalation.
  • Lead and mentor the technical team (implementation, consulting, support, and pre-sales engineers).
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, technical, and customer success functions.

Pre-Sales & Solution Design

  • Support sales in technical discovery, requirements analysis, solutions mapping, and proposal development.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations for Autodesk solutions.
  • Validate scope, effort, and architecture for proposed implementations.

Post-Sales & Implementation Management

  • Oversee the successful delivery of implementation projects across Autodesk Construction solutions.
  • Ensure proper project planning, timelines, resource allocation, and execution quality.
  • Review and approve technical deliverables, documentation, and workflows.

Customer Success & Relationship Management

  • Serve as Success Manager for key accounts, focusing on adoption, value realization, and long-term satisfaction.
  • Support sales to conduct periodic business reviews and ROI assessments with customers.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account growth.

Quality & Internal Development

  • Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and delivery frameworks.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials, methodologies, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Evaluate and adopt new Autodesk technologies and complementary solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Construction
  • Deep knowledge of Autodesk solutions (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC, etc.).
  • Strong customer-facing skills: presentations, communication, solution design, and expectation management.
  • PMP, BIM certifications, or Autodesk Professional certifications are a plus.
  • Arabic language is a strong advantage; English proficiency is required.
