We are on the lookout for a Senior Learning Coordinator based in our Riyadh office who can contribute to our growth and maintain the excellence of our training services.

Job Description:
As a Senior Learning Coordinator at EMFT, you will oversee and project manage all aspects of our training programs from inception to completion. This role combines strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution with a significant focus on managing trainer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management:
    Project manage all facets of training programs, including research, content development, scheduling, and execution.
  • Trainer Management:
    Source and recruit trainers, foster ongoing relationships, onboard new trainers, and manage contractual agreements.
  • Content Development:
    Research and develop content for training programs, create detailed training outlines, and design presentation slides.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Maintain and enhance relationships with all key stakeholders, including clients, learning consultants, and internal teams, ensuring all project requirements are met.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    Address any issues that arise during programs promptly, ensuring solutions are implemented swiftly and effectively.
  • Quality Control:
    Oversee post-program activities such as gathering feedback, invoicing, producing scorecards, and documenting lessons learned to continuously improve program quality.
  • Innovative Solutions:
    Challenge existing assumptions and propose alternative methodologies to achieve optimal program outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a training or educational organization.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, and tools like Camtasia.
  • Ability to design and develop materials for both technical and soft skills training programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on engagement and customer service.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of working effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven project management skills, with a balance of timeliness and quality.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical skills to dissect and address problems efficiently.
  • Independent worker with proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to seek guidance when necessary.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a must.
