Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating internal teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring that project objectives align with company goals. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage project resources, including assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and changes to stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date.
  • Conduct project evaluations and present outcomes and lessons learned.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and client requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment to achieve high performance and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the Security and Fire Fighting Systems.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • PMP or similar certification preferred.
