Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled
ManageEngine Endpoint Central Engineer
to support and manage our client's Endpoint Central environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing administration of ManageEngine Endpoint Central for medium to large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, configure, and administer
    ManageEngine Endpoint Central
    including patch management, software deployment, asset management, endpoint security, and remote troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure the health, stability, and security of endpoint infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement endpoint policies, compliance checks, and automation scripts.
  • Handle OS and application patching schedules across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Manage software distribution, updates, and inventory tracking.
  • Troubleshoot endpoint issues and provide L2/L3 technical support.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and configuration guidelines.
  • Coordinate with client IT teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
  • Support upgrade activities, migration tasks, and feature enablement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience
    with ManageEngine Endpoint Central (Desktop Central).
  • Strong understanding of endpoint management, OS deployment, patch management, and software distribution.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Good knowledge of endpoint security best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across endpoints and network components.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with client stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Certifications related to ManageEngine or endpoint management tools.
