Videographer / Photographer - Real Estate
Land Sterling is looking for a Photographer / Videographer who can bring real estate and B2B consultancy work to life on camera. From luxury properties to executive interviews and MOUs to construction sites & facilities, you'll be the one capturing how our work actually creates value.
What you'll do
- Film and edit photo/video content for property showcases, advisory projects, and marketing campaigns
- Shoot high quality interviews with executives, consultants, clients, and partners
- Capture site visits, construction progress, facility management and repair works
- Collaborate with marketing and service line teams to plan storyboards and shot lists
- Edit footage into polished videos for LinkedIn, website, YouTube, and internal use
- Organise and manage the media library for easy reuse across the company
- Recommend and maintain the right cameras, lenses, audio and lighting equipment
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in photography/videography (real estate or corporate/B2B is a big plus)
- Strong portfolio with property, corporate, or interview-based work
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, plus Photoshop/Lightroom
- Confident with lighting, sound and camera techniques on real locations, not just studios
- Able to manage shoots end to end and work independently
- Willing to travel to sites and properties across Saudi Arabia
