Job Purpose

To install, maintain, and repair electric water heaters, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.

Job Responsibilities
  • Installation: Install new electric water heaters according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure water heaters are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Repairs: Diagnose and repair issues with electric water heaters, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Safety Inspections: Conduct safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining the operation and maintenance of water heaters.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs performed.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent Experience
  • Minimum five years of experience in maintenance.
Language

  • Basic ability to speak and understand in Arabic and English.
