We are seeking a dedicated Health Club Supervisor/Manager to oversee our health and wellness facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Managing daily operations of the health club, ensuring high standards of condition and cleanliness.
- Supervising and training staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Monitoring equipment and facility condition to ensure safety and functionality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in health club management or a related field (minimum 2-3 years).
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of fitness trends and wellness programs.
