Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Integration Senior Analyst with expertise in .NET Core and backend integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, preferably with experience in the insurance sector. The role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing integration solutions to enhance the organization's operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to design integration solutions.

  • Develop, test, and maintain backend systems and APIs using .NET Core.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across platforms.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues.

  • Document technical specifications and integration processes.

  • Stay updated with the latest integration tools, technologies, and best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in software development and backend integration.

  • Proficiency in .NET Core and C# programming.

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and integration middleware.

  • Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

  • Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer, Azure Solutions Architect, or similar are highly desirable.

  • Proven experience in software engineering and backend integration, with a strong focus on .NET Core technologies.

  • Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, middleware solutions, and data transformation methodologies.

  • Familiarity with insurance industry standards and processes is a significant advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex integration scenarios.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
