Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Khobar for a Training Operations Manager. The Training Operations Manager will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of training programs. Responsibilities include managing training schedules, coordinating with clients and instructors, monitoring program performance, ensuring quality standards, collaborating with the team to improve training strategies, and providing administrative support as needed. The role also involves contributing to business growth by identifying and implementing new operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing training programs, operations planning, and coordination.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
