As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) on the Qualcomm Data Centre team in Riyadh, you will manage key customer projects and oversee technical aspects of hardware and software deployments for deep learning inference acceleration at rack-scale. This role requires strong technical leadership, project management skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers.Key Responsibilities will include:Support the sales account manager by leading the management of the technical relationships between the customer and Qualcomm's Data Centre business unitProvide overall project management for the customer project from concept through commercial deploymentFor projects under development: drive customer issues to resolution, mitigate escalations and set expectations with the customer by collaborating with engineering on a daily basisFor projects under evaluation: engage with the customer by organizing trainings, reviewing the design concept, gathering project requirements, and analysing the gaps & risk involved in commercial deploymentAlign customer milestones with Qualcomm's hardware and software deliverable timeline by collaborating with product and program managementReview the customer portfolio on a monthly basis, prioritize customer projects and provide justification for technical support resource allocationMinimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills:8+ years cloud data centre experience.4+ years of managing large scale data centre projects and customer relationshipsAbility to proactively manage customer expectations to influence customer relations and design decisionsExcellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information to a range of audiencesFamiliarity with cloud reliability requirements, SLAs, and instance qualification processes.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsProgram Manager, managing complex technical projects in a SW environmentExperience leading and directing engineers that are in independent functional organizations.Education RequirementsBachelor's, Electrical Engineering, Computer SciencePreferred: Master's, Business Administration and/or Electrical Engineering, Computer ScienceWhat's on OfferApart from working with great people, we offer the below:Salary including housing & transport allowanceStock (RSU's) and performance related bonus16 weeks fully paid Maternity Leave6 weeks fully paid Paternity LeaveEmployee stock purchase schemeChild Education AllowanceRelocation and immigration support (if needed)Life and Medical InsuranceLive+ Well Reimbursement for health and recreational membership feesMinimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
