Job Description:

Euro Group for Engineering Consultancy is seeking an experienced Database & Applications Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of roads and municipal facilities in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in similar projects, with expertise in programming database management systems, designing networks, and developing effective database solutions for road maintenance data. This role will involve managing road maintenance projects through web applications, while continuously monitoring and enhancing our project data dashboard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management:
  • Lead the programming and management of database systems to ensure optimal performance and security for road maintenance data.
  • Design and implement specialized databases to effectively manage and analyze data related to road operations and municipal facilities.
  • Network and Database Design:
  • Architect the network infrastructure that supports robust database operations and facilitates data connectivity.
  • Develop comprehensive database architectures to handle complex data environments relevant to road and municipal facility maintenance.
  • Project Development and Management:
  • Direct the development of web applications tailored to manage operations and maintenance projects efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Data Monitoring and Dashboard Management:
  • Continuously monitor and assess data quality, system performance, and project metrics.
  • Manage and update the project data dashboard to provide real-time insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in managing database systems and projects related to operations and maintenance.
  • Extensive knowledge in network design and database architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in developing web applications for efficient project management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Self-directed with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in road and municipal facility maintenance projects.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and data analytics techniques.
  • Relevant certifications in database management, network design, or web development.
