Job Summary:

  • Lead the Treasury function by overseeing cash management, liquidity planning, bank relationships, payment operations, treasury reporting, and investment strategies to ensure effective financial control and alignment with Golf Saudi's objectives. Provide strategic guidance to optimize cash flow, safeguard financial resources, and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead bank account operations, including account opening and closing, maintenance, coordination with banks, and verification of internal records.
  • Oversee payment processing and ensure compliance with documentation requirements, bank procedures, and financial controls.
  • Review and approve bank reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate reconciliation statements.
  • Monitor cash positions and supervise preparation of cash flow forecasts and projections to manage liquidity and address variances.
  • Manage petty cash activities, verify claims, address discrepancies, and maintain auditable records.
  • Develop and manage investment strategies, review cash flow statements, and evaluate bank quotes for optimal returns.
  • Oversee card issuance requests and coordinate with banks to ensure financial accountability.
  • Ensure all treasury activities comply with internal policies, financial procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the timely development and submission of treasury-related financial reports to the Ministry of Sport.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with financial institutions to ensure favorable terms and strong treasury support.
  • Provide guidance to the finance team on treasury best practices, financial risks, and liquidity optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for treasury process improvement and implement enhanced treasury systems and reporting tools.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (CFA / CTP / CMA) preferred.

Experience:

  • 8+ years in treasury or financial management roles, with minimum 3 years in a leadership/managerial capacity.

Technical Skills:

  • Treasury operations cash flow and working capital management fund management payment processing and execution bank accounts management financial analysis budgeting forecasting financial control and monitoring risk management and assessment data collection and analysis.
