Location: Riyadh – Saudi Arabia
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design works covering HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and drainage systems for multidisciplinary projects with strong involvement in BIM coordination and model development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and review HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and drainage systems.
Perform load calculations and equipment sizing.
Prepare design drawings, reports, and specifications.
Coordinate with Electrical and Structural teams.
Review shop drawings and RFIs.
Support supervision activities and site inspections.
Ensure compliance with SBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, and Saudi Civil Defense standards.
Manage and coordinate mechanical BIM models with other disciplines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
Strong expertise in HVAC and firefighting systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, HVAC calculation software, and BIM tools such as Revit.
Experience with Saudi Civil Defense requirements.
Professional registration in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
