About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure the company's financial health. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance, while supporting strategic decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present key insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Develop and monitor financial KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage and support the finance team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external partners when required.
Requirements:
