Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and innovative Senior Specialist - Asset Infrastructure Design to join our talented team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the design and optimization of asset infrastructure solutions that are essential for the successful execution of our ambitious projects. Your expertise will help ensure that our infrastructure meets the highest standards of efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop comprehensive asset infrastructure strategies that align with organizational objectives and project requirements.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing infrastructure and recommend enhancements or modifications to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that infrastructure designs meet stakeholder needs.
  • Prepare detailed design specifications, including drawings, models, and documentation for asset infrastructure systems.
  • Support the implementation of infrastructure projects, monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and materials for infrastructure projects based on best practices and sustainability criteria.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices throughout the design process.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on design principles and infrastructure management.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in asset infrastructure design and make recommendations for integration into projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in asset infrastructure design or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools related to infrastructure projects (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, etc.) are a plus.
