Responsibilities
  1. Implements approved of departmental policies and procedures and ensure adherence with the processes implemented so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
  2. Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the Sales function to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
  3. Complete some sales activities with the help of more senior members of the team.
  4. Acquires the necessary knowledge of all of company's products and/or services in order to help increase sales.
  5. Supports the sales team as a team member and attends sales visits to assess customer requirements.
  6. This contributes to the development of sales proposals to ensure that the technical aspects of the offering are within the company's ability to deliver and represent best practice.
  7. Achieves individual targets (if any) in the sale of allocated products and services.
  8. Ensures accurate and prompt completion of all sales-related administration activities and records all information accurately on the appropriate systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or in any related field of sales activity, or Diploma with 2-4 years' relevant sales experience.
  • 2 years of related experience. 
  • Business Acumen. 
  • Budget & Cost Control.
  • Data Collection & Analysis.
  • IT & Computer Literacy.
  • English Language Skills.
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Presentation/Facilitation Skills.
