About the Role
We are seeking ambitious and customer-focused Sales Professionals to join our dynamic Commercial & Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive customer engagement, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs and achieve company revenue targets.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams across Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, accurate forecasting, and a strong customer experience. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on sales execution to support the organization's growth and market leadership objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market share.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Develop sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms within company guidelines to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align sales efforts with market trends and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy using CRM systems.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify competitive trends and potential growth segments.
- Provide feedback from customers and the market to support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and business reach.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B or industrial sales, preferably within [manufacturing / construction / engineering / industrial products sectors].
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing customer accounts effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer relationship management best practices.
