TMS Onsite Partner Success Supervisor
.
The supervisor will serve as the primary onsite representative for Classera's TMS (Training Management System) projects, ensuring smooth delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading onsite execution for TMS implementation and activation.
- Coordinating closely with project managers, partners, and client teams.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Supporting requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution readiness.
- Managing escalations and driving proactive client engagement.
- Providing performance reports, onsite training, and solution guidance.
- Ensuring best practices are applied across all TMS engagements.
Qualifications
- 7–8 years of experience
in Customer Success, Project Delivery, Partner Management, or similar client-facing roles. - Fluency in English is mandatory
(spoken and written). - Proven supervisory skills with experience managing teams or client stakeholders.
- Excellent client communication, problem-solving, and expectation-management skills.
- Experience working onsite with enterprise clients in fast-paced environments.
- Project Management knowledge is a strong plus
(PMI/PM², PMP, ACP, or similar certifications). - Experience in EdTech, training, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Education Technology, or a related field.
