We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven
IT Project Manager
to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across the organization. The successful candidate will manage project scope, timelines, resources, and risks to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions that support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams. Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Team Coordination:

  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, system analysts, testers, infrastructure, and business users to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and regularly.

Risk & Issue Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that could impact timelines or deliverables.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Track project budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation. Report on actual vs. planned costs and timelines.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate regular status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.

Change Management:

  • Work with business and IT teams to manage the impact of technology changes, including training, adoption support, and communication planning.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure projects meet business requirements and technical standards through structured testing and validation processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Certifications (preferred):

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proven track record in delivering software development, system integration, infrastructure, or cloud-related projects.
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet).
