We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead FLC's operations and growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate has strong agency-side experience in integrated marketing, events, exhibitions, and brand activations, and is confident in leading client relationships, driving business development, and managing a local team.

This role requires a strategic, well-connected leader who can grow the business, manage key client portfolios, and ensure smooth coordination with the UAE head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across marketing, events, exhibitions, shopper, and brand activation projects in KSA.
  • Ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery of all client campaigns and activations.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the KSA team to maintain high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for key local and regional clients.
  • Actively network within the KSA market (clients, malls, venues, suppliers, industry bodies) to strengthen FLC's presence and reputation.
  • Identify market opportunities, RFPs, and new business leads, and support or lead pitch presentations and proposal development.
  • Coordinate closely with the UAE head office on planning, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Manage vendor relations, procurement, and contract negotiations, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
  • Monitor project KPIs, client satisfaction, team performance, and financial indicators for the KSA unit.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and internal policies.
  • Represent FLC at client meetings, presentations, and industry events as a senior representative of the business in KSA.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Events Management, or a related field (a Master's degree is an advantage).

- 5–7 years of experience in events, exhibitions, activations, and/or integrated marketing operations within the GCC, with at least 2–3 years in a senior agency-side role.

- Proven leadership and team management abilities, ideally with experience managing cross-functional teams (accounts, creative, production, operations).

-  Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics, regulations, culture, and client expectations.

-  Demonstrated success in business development, account growth, or expanding into new markets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; confident in engaging with senior client stakeholders.

-  Fluency in Arabic and English.

-  Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and make sound, data-informed decisions.

- Based in KSA (or with strong prior in-market experience) and willing to travel within the Kingdom as required.
