  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect.
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline, fostering a safe and conducive learning atmosphere for all students.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, concerns, and any special needs, building strong home-school partnerships.
  • Participate actively in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the school community.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in pedagogical principles.
  • Have a minimum of 1 years of experience teaching in a girls' academy or similar setting, indicating familiarity with the unique needs of female students and be very strict with students
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with students and parents
  • Exhibit strong classroom management skills, creating a structured and engaging learning environment, promoting discipline and respect.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and students.
  • Showcase a passion for education and a genuine interest in the holistic development of young girls, creating an inspiring learning experience.
  • Display proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning, including interactive whiteboards and educational software.
