Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Site Supervisor role based in Beirut, with flexibility for some remote work. The Site Supervisor will ensure the smooth execution of events by managing operations at event sites, coordinating with the production team, supervising setup and teardown, and resolving any on-site issues efficiently. The role also involves liaising with clients to ensure their requirements are met and assisting in maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the event planning and execution phases.

Qualifications

  • Event Management, Coordination, and Planning experience
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving
  • Leadership and Team Management capabilities
  • Familiarity with Sound Systems, AV Equipment, and Live Production
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Protocols
  • Excellent Communication and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Adaptability to work in diverse environments and under various conditions
  • Previous experience in the events industry or a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
