Position: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and broaden the client base.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate company solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals that meet client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitive activities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and business development objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Provide exceptional client service throughout the sales cycle and after project completion.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive (required).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is an added advantage.
