Job Purpose

To contribute to the development and enhancement of digital solutions, including web applications, mobile applications, and APIs, using a combination of low-code and traditional development tools. The role requires proficiency in at least two of the following areas: low-code platforms (with a focus on Mendix), DevOps practices, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment. The candidate is also expected to have practical programming experience in one or more languages or technologies such as Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or Kubernetes command-line tools (e.g., kubectl), to support solution customization, integration, and deployment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Development & Implementation

Develop and implement digital solutions, including web applications, API integration, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing tools, using programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.

Integrate data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence capabilities into digital solutions to enhance insights, personalization, and automation.

  • Testing & Optimization

Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization of digital solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and user experience meet quality standards. Document technical specifications, system architecture, and development processes for digital solutions, ensuring clarity and consistency across the development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to align on project requirements and deliverables.

  • Innovation & Industry Trends

Stay updated on emerging technologies, digital trends, and industry best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital solutions development. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on digital solutions, and drive user-centric enhancements. Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
