Awtad is looking for a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects that are vital to our real estate developments. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of projects, ensuring they meet both safety and regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning through to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Design and analyze structural systems and prepare detailed engineering plans and specifications
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project planning
  • Manage and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and local authorities
  • Prepare and present reports on project progress and performance metrics
  • Identify and resolve potential or existing issues during the construction process
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget constraints
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in civil engineering
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in residential or commercial construction
  • Professional certification from the Saudi Council of Engineers is required
  • Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
