Finance Internship

Job Description

You will work closely with our experienced Finance team, supporting essential daily operations and learning critical accounting and financial processes. This role is a foundation-building opportunity, giving you exposure to the full spectrum of a finance department's responsibilities.

Reporting to the Finance Controller as Finance Intern you will join our dynamic team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in various aspects of finance and accounting, providing a solid foundation for your future career in the field.

Your tasks will include:

• Assist in preparing and
  maintaining financial records and reports
  .
• Support
  accounts payable and receivable processes
  , ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Help with
  bank reconciliations
  and daily
  petty cash management
  .
• Assist in
  invoice processing and follow-up
  with internal and external parties.
• Maintain organized
  filing systems for financial documents
  , ensuring easy access and compliance.
• Support
  month-end and year-end closing activities
  to gain insight into the full accounting cycle.
• Perform
  data entry
  and ensure the
  accuracy
  of financial information across systems.
• Collaborate with other departments
  to gather necessary financial data and documentation.
• Actively
  learn and apply accounting principles
  and company financial procedures.
• Provide
  administrative support
  to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Nationality:
  Must be a
  Saudi National
  .
• Tamheer Eligibility:
  Must be
  eligible to enroll in the Tamheer program
  as per the official program requirements .
• Education:
  A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
  Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, a desire to learn, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Language:
  Fluency in Arabic and professional working proficiency in English (preferred).
