Position Overview

We are seeking a
Project Manager
with a strong technical background in software development and low-code/no-code platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee the successful delivery of multiple automation and digital transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing project teams, coordinating with clients, and driving the execution of end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple automation and digital transformation projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation in coordination with internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and management to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure project documentation, workflows, and delivery artifacts adhere to best practices and client expectations.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive management, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Support solution design discussions leveraging knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and automation tools.
  • Contribute to building delivery frameworks and methodologies that enhance scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, including experience in automation or software delivery.
  • Strong technical background in software development or low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Nintex, Mendix, OutSystems, Appian, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, process design, and integration concepts.
  • Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, , MS Project, etc.) and documentation best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master).
  • Certification or experience with Low-Code/No-Code or automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven automation, process intelligence, or intelligent document processing.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
