Experience:
Minimum 5 years

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering (General, Orchards, Crops, or Protection divisions).
• Proficient in Arabic and English (reading and writing).
• Strong report-writing skills in both languages.
• Must hold a valid Saudi driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop agricultural zones and landscapes.
• Supervise agricultural activities ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
• Prepare detailed technical and administrative reports.
• Ensure safe use of agricultural tools and compliance with occupational safety standards.
• Supervise teams of technicians and workers, identify training needs, and enhance their performance.
• Analyze soil conditions and recommend appropriate soil treatments.
• Recommend suitable plant types and oversee propagation and maintenance.
• Define and schedule irrigation methods and timings.
• Recommend fertilizers, application methods, and feeding schedules.
• Detect and manage plant diseases, pests, and fungal infections using appropriate treatments.
• Monitor execution of agricultural plans and resolve field issues proactively.
