Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to prepare prequalification documents, technical/commercial submittals, and customer quotations.
- Communicate with planning, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
- Generate order confirmations, shipping documents, and assist in export shipment coordination.
- Maintain accurate sales records in the ERP system and ensure all updates reflect the current order status.
- Provide backup support to the sales team during absences by communicating with customers on order status, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
- Handle warranty claims, service requests, and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and assist the Sales Manager in tracking sales KPIs for internal reviews and external audits.
- Ensure all sales-related documentation complies with company policies and audit standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination.
- Proficient in ERP systems for sales and order processing (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Good knowledge of sales documentation, logistics coordination, and shipping processes.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel, for preparing sales reports and data tracking.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for internal and customer-facing interactions.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Reliable team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
