Customer Services Advisor

Job Overview:
The Customer Service Advisor will handle customer interactions to ensure all inquiries and requests are resolved efficiently. This position requires attention to detail, clear communication, and a focus on maintaining service quality standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Record customer concerns and follow up until issues are resolved.
- Escalate technical or complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Maintain records of customer communication in the company database.
- Assist in improving customer support procedures by identifying common issues.
- Adhere to company service standards and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Calm and professional approach when dealing with difficult situations.
