Role Description

This is a 6-12 Months plus, on-site role located in Riyadh for a ServiceNow ITSM & CSM Consultant. The consultant will design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules. Key responsibilities include performing in-depth analysis of business requirements, configuring ServiceNow modules, improving operational efficiency, managing IT operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The role involves working closely with clients to troubleshoot issues, enhance service desk functionality, and implement solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM), Problem Management, and IT Operations frameworks
  • Strong expertise in Service Desk management and support
  • Solid understanding of Information Technology principles and practices
  • Experience with implementing ServiceNow solutions for ITSM and CSM
  • Ability to analyze business processes and recommend best practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or ITSM tools are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a consulting, IT operations, or service management role.
