About the Role:

Engineering Supervisor responsible for planning, organizing and managing a self-directing multi-skilled team to provide engineering / maintenance services to meet internal customer requirement. To ensure that all processes of engineering operation and services meet the management performance requirement. And ensure that all the operations activities meet the defined safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for plant machinery and utilities.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in maintenance supervision within a food processing or industrial plant.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
