Job Description:

The Auto Finance Specialist is responsible for assisting customers interested in purchasing vehicles through installment plans or financing. The specialist provides suitable financing solutions in coordination with banks and finance companies, follows up on applications until approval, and ensures proper documentation while adhering to credit policies and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities:


• Greet customers and identify their financing needs.


• Explain available financing programs from banks and finance companies.


• Prepare and submit financing applications and follow up until approval.


• Coordinate with financing institutions to secure the best offers.


• Ensure all required documents and information are complete for each application.


• Document all processes and maintain organized records.


• Achieve the set monthly sales targets.


• Comply with company policies and instructions from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).

Requirements and Qualifications:


• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or Finance).


• Minimum of 1-year experience in finance or car sales.


• Knowledge of banking and local finance company systems.


• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
