Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Agent, located in Mecca. The Safety Agent will carry out daily responsibilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe environment for both guests and staff. Key tasks include conducting safety inspections, implementing safety training programs, monitoring compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) protocols, and investigating any accidents or incidents to mitigate future risks. The role requires ensuring occupational health is prioritized and creating a safe, hospitable atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and regulations
  • Expertise in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health
  • Proficiency in Safety Training and the ability to develop and deliver training programs
  • Skills in Accident Investigation to identify causes and implement preventative measures
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Relevant certifications in occupational health and safety are preferred
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
