Job Title:
Senior Accounts Executive

Job Overview:

We are hiring an
Accounts cum Admin
professional for our company in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will handle basic accounting tasks and support daily administrative work, including coordination with banks and vendors.

Salary
: per month (SAR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting entries and maintain financial records
  • Prepare client invoices and follow up on payments
  • Handle petty cash, expense reports, and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain and update employee and vendor records
  • Visit the bank for deposits, withdrawals, or document submissions
  • Assist with documentation and contract preparation
  • Support office administration including supplies, scheduling, and filing
  • Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for admin support
  • Prepare simple reports as required by management

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounts
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
  • Should be currently based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
