Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

· Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and preferences.

· Analyze and interpret research data to inform design decisions.

· Design the structure and organization of the AI solution, including navigation and information flow.

· Create wireframes and prototypes to illustrate the user interface.

· Define and design interactive elements and transitions.

· Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience through thoughtful interaction design.

· Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design prototypes.

· Iteratively refine designs based on user testing results.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and stakeholders.

· Collaborate on the implementation of designs and provide support during development.

· Create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces based on UX specifications.

· Develop style guides and design systems to maintain a cohesive look and feel.

· Design icons, graphics, and other visual elements to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the AI solution.

· Ensure that the visual design aligns with the overall brand and user expectations.

· Design UI elements that are adaptable to various screen sizes and devices.

· Collaborate with developers to implement responsive designs.

· Develop high-fidelity prototypes to communicate the visual aspects of the user interface.

· Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.

Qualifications shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI design, graphic design, HCI, or a related field.

· Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

· Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Solid understanding of user research, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
