Architectural Designer (DD Stage)

We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in Design Development (DD Stage), excellent technical drawing skills, and the ability to produce high-quality design outputs.

Key Responsibilities


•  Develop and produce architectural drawings for the DD Stage with high accuracy and design quality.


•  Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for architectural works.


•  Create detailed drawings, layouts, and technical documentation using AutoCAD and drafting tools.


•  Ensure design coordination with other disciplines (MEP & Structural).


•  Enhance the overall graphic and presentation quality of architectural outputs.


•  Support the team in preparing deliverables and submission packages.

Requirements


•  Bachelor's degree in Architecture.


•  3–7 years of experience in architectural design within engineering consultancies.


•  Proven experience in DD Stage development (mandatory).


•  Strong skills in AutoCAD, drafting, detailing, and design documentation.


•  Experience in BoQ preparation.


•  Good design presentation and output-quality skills.


•  Revit knowledge is a plus.
