Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure full compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective measures.
  • Plan, organize, and deliver safety training programs for employees.
  • Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Recommend preventive actions to avoid recurring incidents.
  • Ensure all safety equipment is fully operational and properly maintained.
  • Follow up on maintenance schedules and safety updates.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of local and international occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in construction projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, engineers, and management.
  • Ability to educate and train employees on safety procedures.
  • Proficient in hazard analysis, risk assessment, and report writing (English & Arabic).
  • Safety certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, etc.)
    are a plus
