The Strategy and Organization Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that help the organization achieve its long-term goals. They will work closely with senior executives to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and change management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies that help the organization achieve its long-term goals.
  • Work closely with senior executives to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
  • Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
  • Align departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
  • Assess market trends and competitors.
  • Identify threats and opportunities.
  • Present findings, projections, and recommended actions.
  • Plan, implement, and manage proposed recommendations and projects.
  • Monitor and report on projects.
  • Support and guide senior executive decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership skills.
Education:
  • Bachelor's and Master's Degree in MBA, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Graduate, Management, Engineering, Education, Accounting
Skills:
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Provide thought leadership in developing and executing strategies to strengthen our community relations strategies with major community partners.
  • Manage the development and implementation of DHE Originations strategies to meet business goals.
  • Enhance system capabilities to improve decision making, operation effectiveness, and efficiencies.
  • Prepare for key leadership initiatives, board presentations, conferences, and quarterly strategy sessions.
  • Inspire, coach, and lead team members and support recruitment efforts.
  • Extensive experience in a top-tier management consultancy firm.
  • Experience managing multiple labor agreements.
