About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Head of Central Region
to lead our operations in Riyadh and surrounding areas. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing broker relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Manage, coach, and develop regional sales and broker teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Insurance Authority regulations.
  • Oversee regional budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 7+ years in the insurance sector, with 3–4 years in managerial/regional leadership.
  • Proven track record in sales management and broker relations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • In-depth understanding of Life, Medical, Motor, and General insurance products.
