Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Manager - MEP, located in the Madinah Region. The Planning Manager will oversee and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) project planning activities to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines. Responsibilities include preparing project schedules, monitoring progress, resource allocation, risk analysis, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards. The role also involves close collaboration with project teams, technical teams, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for MEP projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing systems, and technical drawings
  • Analytical skills in risk identification, mitigation, and compliance with quality standards
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Ability to handle on-site project challenges and ensure timely progress reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage
